The power, impact and effect of emotions on our success in our work life and personal life cannot be undermined.This course has been designed to help participants respond and not react to life’s issues and also to cope with life’s inevitable roller coaster, managing their emotions and the emotion of others.

This course is designed to develop and increase capacity of participants to perceive, analyze and control emotions resulting from external stimulus or from within.
This course is broken into 3 Modules. The modules will be made available to only registered participants.
